3. There are minor changes in the 2017 prize list. It will be available with the catalogue and on the website.

4. With the minutes there are attachments about the advertising/sponsorships. If you know someone who is interested is advertising or sponsoring a class, show, or division – please give them this information. The deadline is March 15, 2017.

5. We discussed some materials needed for the club
a. Roberta contacted HITS about some jumps which we need.
b. We discussed the need for an overhang on the registration booth. The cost of materials will be put together.

6. We still have no food vendor for the shows. Laura will post an ad on Craig’s List.

7. The club has been approached by a judge to rent our grounds for a day or weekend. She is interested doing western dressage or dressage clinics featuring ride/clinic/ride. I will contact her to see what days she is thinking about and confer with the treasurer regarding cost and insurance. She has her own insurance policies.

8. There was a suggestion made to have an August picnic to celebrate our 70th birthday. Some of the ideas were a catered barbeque and square dancing. More information will follow.

9. Members would like to resurrect the hunt course. Brinn, Laura and Roberta will walk the course to see what this would involve. At the least the course would need to be disc and shrubbery removed.

10. Anyone interested in working in the registration booth – we will have a short meeting day/time TBA. We will review the steps to follow to complete the show registration correctly.

Meeting was adjourned at 7:50pm.

Respectfully submitted,
Susan Leiching
