Woodstock Riding Club

The meeting was called to order at 7:15

Treasurer’s report:
Our treasurer reported we have $3505 in Account.
Central Hudson was pd $52.91, Karen was pd $632.50 for 2025 Books and the Upkeep of our Web site.
Ken turned a receipt in for picking up 4 posts to replace the broken ones in the Arena.
Monies were deposited from advertisements, memberships and Stalls.
New Business:
1. Saturday’s work party crew, Calvin, Linda, Scott, Shiela (new member) Donna (new Member) Jane. We were able to get all the mowing done, posts and rails replaced in the ( Show Arena) weed whacking around the barns and show arena.
All agree work parties should start at 10am instead of 9.
2. We will be putting up a DRY ERASE BOARD with things that either need to be fixed or replaced, that way members can help at their convenience.
3. June 8th Show set up will take place at 5:30 Friday June 6th please come and help if you can. Many hands make light work.
4. Ralph had a request from the Woodstock runners club to rent the club as a Staging point for an upcoming event.
5. Sweatshirts are in contact Ralph about disbursement.
6. Ralph is still working on getting our tractor to the Shop to get the Clutch replaced.
7. Raffel Tickets are available along with the Club Books contact Ralph for either.
8. We will be putting together a WRC group text, in hopes it will be an easier way to communicate by receiving updates and happenings.
Our next Meeting will be on June 16th@ 7:00pm. Please attend, if possible, your input matters.
