Woodstock Riding Club
May 21, 2018
Present: Susan Leiching, Jane Booth, Roberta Jackson, Brenda Locke, Anne Marie Taddeo, Marie Webster.
Meeting was called to order by the Roberta Jackson at 7:08 pm.
Minutes:
Minutes of the last meeting were reviewed by Susan Leiching. Motion to accept made by Nancy Locke and seconded by Marie Webster.
Treasurer’s Report:
The treasurer’s report was reviewed verbally by Jane and available upon request. Motion made to accept the minutes by Brenda Locke and seconded by Nancy Locke.
Old Business:
1. It was very wet at the yard sale, resulting in low attendance. This is the second wet cold year of the yard sale. There will be no sale next year.
2. Sunday afternoon is the work day at the grounds.
3. Jane will bring snacks and fluids prior to the show since food will not be available for June.
4. Nancy is still trying to reach Helena Duda for trail judge in the fall but so far no success.
New Business:
There is no new business
Meeting was adjourned at 7:45 pm.
