Woodstock Riding Club
January 15, 2018
Present: Susan Leiching, Jane Booth, Nancy Locke, Tammy Sorbellini, Cody Bisignano
Meeting was called to order by the Susan Leiching at 7:15 pm.
Minutes:
Minutes of the last meeting were reviewed by Susan Leiching.
Treasurer’s Report:
The treasurer’s report was reviewed verbally by Jane and available upon request.
This meeting was for information, there were not enough members to have a quorum.
Old Business:
1. Jane is welcoming the names of judges to be reviewed for the 2018 show season.
2. Please get the ad information to Roberta for the 2018 show program.
New Business:
1. Cody would like to have a “camp” weekend on the full moon weekend in July, which is July 28th to the 29th. She presented her ideas of riding, hobby horse show, etc. Participants will need to be members and the focus is the tween group, although assistance from any member will be appreciated. A more detailed plan will follow. The group agreed that the July weekend should be set aside for the camp.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:00 pm.
The next meeting will be held at the club grounds.
