Present: Pat Elliot, Susan Leiching, Jane Booth, Brenda Locke, Jennifer Lang
This is an unofficial meeting due to lack of quorum.
Minutes:
Treasurer’s Report:
The treasurer’s report was reviewed verbally by Jane and available upon request. The July show was a super success.
Old Business:
1. Camping weekend was very damp. For the kids who did come – a good time was had.
New Business:
1. Jennifer and Jen S. will be announcing the August show. We still need volunteers for:
a. Ring stewards and ribbon runners during the day
b. Booth help in the afternoon
c. Gate steward
Junior members need to step up to the plate during the show to assist with the above along with parents.
2. Set up for jumps will be Friday (9/9) at 6:30pm.
3. New trophies have come for the show. Very nice
4. There is a change in judge for September – it is now Jenny Groen.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:52 PM.
