Woodstock Riding Club

The meeting was called to order at 7:05 PM by President Roberta Jackson
Minutes:
Minutes of the March Meeting were reviewed by Susan Leiching. Motion made to accept by Brenda and seconded by Nancy.
Treasurer’s Report:
The treasurer’s report was reviewed verbally by Jane and available upon request. Monies were forwarded to Karin for the program set-up, insurance and utilities were paid along with the taxes. A motion was made to accept the treasurer’s report by Susan and seconded by Pat and so carried.
Old Business:
1. Website is updated and running.
2. Programs are finished and available for distribution. If you want to pick up programs, contact Roberta at rhj@hvc.rr.com
3. Work Day:
a. New people gate on the large ring at the stable side
b. Bathroom cleaned and painted
c. Yard sale set-up
d. Dressage show set-up
4. Frank will check new pressure tank for the water
5. Ad will be placed in the Woodstock Times for the yard sale by Roberta.
New Business:
1. The yard sale setup will be on Friday May 13th starting around 1:00 pm. The yard sale is Saturday, May 14th starting at 9:00 am. We will also be doing ground work on the 14th to get grounds ready for show season.
2. Friday, May 20th is the setup day for the dressage show
3. There was discussion about the work vouchers. Nancy will track the work hours and distribute the valid show vouchers. They will be dated for 2016 and need to be used in the current 2016 show season.
4. There is a correction to the program – In the green division, either the model western or the model English (not both) will count towards the day end and year end divisions.
5. The next meeting will be at the club grounds.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:05 PM.
