Barn Rules
• A fire lane must be left open, between the barns and all the way out to the access point of the driveway. Please be mindful of this when parking behind the barns.
• At no time may animals be left unsupervised on WRC grounds.
• All juniors must have senior member supervision for all overnight stays.
• Limited stabling is available. Reservations are recommended, please call Ralph VanKleeck at 845-464-4240
• Stall reservations require payment at time of reservation.
• Please call Ralph VanKleeck at 845-484-4240 by the Monday prior to the show if you are not using your season stall. It is the stall renters responsibility to notify the barn manager if the stalls are not going to be used.
• No stalls shall be used as tack rooms. Stalls are open to equines only.
• Members may not sublet stalls.
• Stall fees: $15/members, $20/non-members for day of show, $5.00 additional for overnight. (arriving day prior to show). Seasonal stalls are $60 for members, $70 for non-members.
• 2 Seasonal stalls will be available to paid members after January 1 of the current year. After April 1, if any stalls remain, they will become available to non-members on a first come, first serve basis. Stalls must be cleaned after each use, if not charges may occur.
• Exhibitors must furnish their own supplies and care of mounts. At times shavings may be available for purchase. Call ahead for availability.
• No tying or cross tying horses to barn poles.
• R.V. electric hook up prohibited.
• All exhibitors/riders must have a signed “Disclaimer of Liability” on file at the secretary’s stand before entering their first class or riding on the club grounds.
• Anyone 18 and under riding, driving and/or showing a horse on the club grounds must wear an approved ASTM/SEI certified helmet. This includes all in hand classes. See general rules for more information.
• All riders, regardless of age, must wear an ASTM/SEI approved helmet when schooling or showing over jumps. See general rules for more information.
