Woodstock Riding Club

Present: Susan Leiching, Jane Booth, Brenda Locke, Susan Garrison, Roberta Jackson
Meeting was called to order by the President Roberta Jackson at 7:16 pm.
Minutes:
Minutes of the June meeting were reviewed by Susan Leiching. Motion made to accept by Brenda and seconded by Roberta.
Treasurer’s Report:
The treasurer’s report was reviewed verbally by Jane and available upon request. A motion was made to accept the treasurer’s report by Susan Garrison and seconded by Susan Leiching and so carried.
Old Business:
1. Turnout for help for the July show was super. There were many people in the registration booth which help the show run smoothly. Thank you to our new worker Heather Eighmey who was great assistance with the day-end points.
2. The Annual Awards Dinner will be at Creekside at the Woodstock Golf Club on October 28th at 6:00pm. More information to follow.
3. We have not been able to get a food vendor. There is limited food available including snacks, pizza, and water.
New Business:
1. Missy Nichols will be our September judge. She is a OHSA judge.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:05pm.
The next meeting will be held at the club grounds.
